工作职责：1. 协助RD&E Group Leader 管理本部门的技术工作，包括测试任务分配，工厂支持，样品制备等。Assist in managing the technical work of the department, including the allocation of testing tasks, plant support, sample preparation, and other related activities.2. 管理本部门行政性工作如ISO体系相关；Assist in managing the administrative work of the department, such as matters related to the ISO system.3. 针对客户的应用以及研发部开发的新产品应用，指导团队一起建立相应的应用测试方法并开展测试工作；Guide/work with team to establish corresponding application testing methods and carry out tests for customer applications and new product applications from the R&D department.4. 管理产品应用的相关技术资料、客户一手资料等数字资产；Manage product application related technical data, customer data and other digital assets.5. 协助Application team为客户提供产品选型、设计模型计算、产品投运、试车调试、故障解决、样品检测等技术支持；Assist the Application team in providing technical support to customers, including product selection, design model calculations, product commissioning, trial operation and debugging, troubleshooting, and sample testing.6. 其他跟技术服务相关事宜Any other duties as they might be required.任职要求：教育程度Level of Education硕士Master degree or Bachelor with five working experience专业要求major requirement化学和相关专业Chemistry or chemical related major工作经验work experience有管理经验，离子交换树脂行业相关工作经验两年或以上优先2 years or above working experiences in ion exchange resin industry or IEX related industry.
