Develop Project Plans: Based on company strategy and market demands, formulate comprehensive plans for the e-axle project, including project objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure orderly progress.
Project Progress Control: Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure timely completion; regularly organize project review meetings to assess progress and outcomes, and adjust project plans to accommodate changes.
Resource Allocation and Coordination: Allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials for the project in a rational manner to ensure efficient utilization; coordinate collaboration between the project team and other departments within the company to break down departmental barriers, facilitate information sharing, and resource synergy.
Technical Management and Innovation
Technical Solution Development: Organize the technical team to conduct research and design for e-axle technology, develop technical roadmaps to ensure the feasibility, advancement, and reliability of technical solutions; participate in the selection of key components and supplier evaluation to control technical risks.
Promote Technological Innovation: Keep abreast of industry technological trends, drive innovation and optimization in the e-axle field to enhance product performance and competitiveness; organize technical exchanges and training to improve the team's technical level and innovation capabilities.
Quality Control and Improvement: Establish and implement a quality management system for the e-axle project to ensure product quality meets standards and customer requirements; organize quality analysis and improvement activities to continuously enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Cost Control and Budget Management
Cost Budgeting: Based on project plans and resource requirements, prepare detailed cost budgets, including R&D costs, production costs, and procurement costs; monitor and analyze budget execution to control costs.
Cost Optimization and Control: Reduce project costs through optimizing design solutions, improving production processes, and procurement negotiations; regularly conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop cost control measures.
Customer Relations and Market Expansion
Customer Communication: Maintain close communication with customers to thoroughly understand their needs and expectations for e-axle products, promptly feedback customer requirements to the project team to ensure product satisfaction.
Market Research and Analysis: Participate in market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, competitor situations, and industry development prospects, providing a basis for the company to formulate market strategies and product planning.
Customer Relationship Maintenance and Expansion: Establish and maintain good customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty; assist the company in expanding new customers and markets to increase market share.
Team Building and Leadership
Team Formation and Development: Assemble an efficient project team based on project needs, clarify team members' responsibilities and tasks; pay attention to the growth and development of team members, provide training and guidance to improve the overall quality and combat effectiveness of the team.
Team Collaboration and Motivation: Create a positive team atmosphere to promote collaboration and communication among team members; establish reasonable incentive mechanisms to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members, enhancing team cohesion and execution.
Leadership Decision-Making and Communication: As the core leader of the project, be responsible for making and executing major project decisions; effectively communicate with company executives and leaders of other departments to gain support and resources, ensuring smooth project progress.
Qualifications
Master's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related fields
At least 3-5 years of industry experience in electric vehicles, particularly in R&D for light-duty EV drive systems.
Proficient knowledge and understanding of motor technology, power electronics, and control principles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments both internally and externally.
With project management qualification e.g. PMP, IPMP is preferred.
Innovative problem-solving capabilities and resourcefulness in addressing challenges during the development process
Good understanding of the eAxle, E-motor, gear shafting system and the relative components.
Knowledge about the quality tools (e.g. 8D, SPC, FMEA) and machining process preferred
