  • EU country level ESG due diligence regulations (German, Hungary, Norway, etc.)
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in regular meetings with JMC - understand JMC requests and questions from JMC and work with JMC to meet Ford requests and data needs
  • Provide JMC with requested support including discussions with SMEs
  • Provide specific Ford reporting requirements (CSRD, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, etc) to JMC
  • Help establish ESG due diligence process, including for supply chain - assess and analyze risk, conduct due diligence on suppliers, develop audit process
  • Coordinate with US team for enhanced due diligence as needed (risk based approach)
  • Develop process with Supply Chain Sustainability Team to collect supplier information as needed to conduct risk assessment for compliance
  • Support US team to collect supplier transparency and audits as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin oral and written communication required
  • Effective oral and written communication and presentation capabilities across a broad range of organizations and management levels globally, including vice presidents
  • Strong teamwork and relationship building skills, ability to listen to and consider other points of view, working cross-functionally, within Ford and with external entities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Organized self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in an unstructured environment
  • Ability to work alternative schedule, with some meetings in North America time zone
  • BS in Engineering required. Masters in Engineering or Business desirable, not required
  • Previous experience with development and/or implementation of ESG related regulations
  • Previous experience working in supply chain management or due diligence
  • Previous experience demonstrating strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Previous experience in leading and coordinating with global teams
  • Previous experience presenting to senior executives
