Lead product-level RF and wireless validation for Qualcomm platforms, reference designs, and customer devices across the full product lifecycle.
Validate WLAN (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Bluetooth, GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou), cellular, and mmWave performance.
Execute coexistence, throughput, sensitivity, power, stability, and robustness testing in lab and field environments.
Analyze RF measurements, system logs, and KPIs to identify performance gaps and regressions.
Perform cross-domain debugging involving RF, hardware, firmware, drivers, and software stacks.
Develop test plans, validation strategies, and coverage definitions.
Generate data-driven validation reports and technical summaries.
Collaborate with RF design, system engineering, software, automation, and customer teams.

## 2\. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in RF system validation, platform bring-up, or end-to-end wireless performance testing.
Strong understanding of multi-radio coexistence mechanisms and system-level tradeoffs.
Experience with power, thermal, and performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with test automation, scripting, or data analysis pipelines.
Ability to independently own complex technical problems and mentor junior engineers.
Experience with reference designs, or customer support validation.

## 3\. Nice-to-Have Domains

WLAN / Bluetooth coexistence and certification testing.
GNSS performance, positioning accuracy, and field validation.
mmWave RF validation and system characterization.
Automotive, IoT, or consumer device platforms.
Large-scale log analysis, KPI tracking, and performance dashboards.
Factory or mass-production validation flows.

## 4\. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of RF / wireless systems engineering, validation, or test experience.
OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of RF / wireless systems engineering, validation, or test experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with wireless technologies such as WLAN, Bluetooth, GNSS, cellular, or mmWave.
Experience with RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, and wireless testers.
Strong English communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, are required
Experience with scripting or programming for test, automation, or data analysis (Python, C/C++, shell, or equivalent).
