Req ID 66477 Tianjin, ChinaWe are looking for a Quality Manager for our Product Line Wind Power, Division Industrial Technology at our location of Tianjin, China.Your tasks:Customer focus and satisfaction, zero defect by e.g. APQP and continuous improvement.Quality management system Process driven, embed quality management system in the organization, coach/follow up/optimize and ensure the organization performs in line with QMS.Result orientation Set up quality KPI by aligning with headquarter, trigger major actions to achieve Q target, continually improve.Global alignment and standardization Includes quality data analysis/quality methodology/quality project.Budget and cost ownership Budget planning and control (Q KPI/capacity/headcount/cost center/investment etc.). Conduct CIP management to decrease cost and increase efficiency.Team management and development Plan and steer the team members to follow the standardized process. Steer, develop and coach department/team members in order to maximize performance and motivate people growth, to reach organizational target.Leadership and organization Build and share knowledge and experience internally and externally in order to leverage expertise and performance level of the team and the broader organization.
