3. Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of socializing analytical models to internal clients, senior management, and peers.
4. Should participate in all aspects of the analytics life cycle, including analysis, design development, production deployment, and support.
5. Should be able to formulate approaches and gather data to solve business problems, develop conclusions, and present solutions through formal deliverables.
6. Entrepreneurial Mindset and experience of working in a fast-paced project with tight deadlines.
7. Ability to multitask since efforts will be focused on numerous initiatives and tasks.
8. Ability to pick up new areas and work.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Data Mining, Econometrics, or related fields preferred.2. Sensitive to data, with strong data analysis ability and logical thinking ability; proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, MS Excel, VBA, etc.; Knowledge of statistical tools like Python/R/R Studio would be nice to have.3. Possess good communication and coordination skills, learning ability, achievement motivation, strong sense of confidentiality, and good professional ethics.4. Good Communication Skill (both Chinese and English) is a must since this role would interact with HR Teams across locations. Fluent in English, could work bi-lingual with Global team.5. History of building strong collaborative relationships and influencing peers and executive-level stakeholders with data, research and compelling narrative content.6. 0-3 years of related experience (HR domain experience is not mandatory but a plus).Location: BeijingReporting to: HR Analytics ManagerAdditional Locations:
