Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.2. Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.3. Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.4. Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.What you bring1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least two years of experience in bartending or a related field
3. Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.
4. Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
5. Intermediate English proficiency.
6. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.What we offer
