- Gain insights into the development trends of the hospital optometry industry, and formulate the business development strategies and directions for the company's key hospitals.
- Continuously promote aspects such as bidding, contracts, new product promotion, and service provider management, to comprehensively drive the business development of key hospitals.
- Through the implementation of work like academic exchanges, continuing education, and patient education in collaboration with hospitals, comprehensively promote the development of professional capacity building in the optometry field.
- Support the development of key hospital cooperation projects of the company, such as corporate - level clinical research, innovation transformation, and public welfare undertakings, and establish and maintain strategic cooperation relationships with key hospitals.
- Integrate internal and external resources and collaborate to promote the business development of key hospitals and support the construction of the company's optometry ecosystem.
