Requirement：1. Advanced Japanese language skill in both oral and written, business level used for daily working language.
2. Good English language skill in both oral and written.
3.3-5 years or more HR System related work experience(Workday is preferred) or HR SSC/Operation experience.
4. Nice to have the project management experience for system implementation/migration.
