Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate to develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business objectives. Contribute to the development of brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Campaign Execution & Management: Assist in execution of marketing campaigns across omni marketing channels, design and creation of marketing communication content, campaigns timeline management and vendor relationships management to ensure flawless execution.
Product Lifecycle Management: Support the entire life cycle of a product, from conception to retirement, ensuring successful planning, development, launch, and maintenance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing effective strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product development, and design teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Performance Tracking: Support key performance indicators (KPIs) establishment and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
RequirementsWho we’re looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects.
2+ years of experience in product marketing and brand management in the consumer goods industry. Less experienced candidate will be considered as Marketing Associate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen.
Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy.
