- Work independently to support RMSI products involving: installations, customer trainings, on-site diagnostics & repair services, preventative maintenance, application methodology delivery.
- Provide remote technical assistance, consultation to customers.
- Accurately document field service activities, including installation reports, repair reports, preventative maintenance reports, and timely submit through the required system.
- Follow DOA and Hot Account procedures to report issues to related functions, and collaborate to solve.
- Implement key account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders.
- Share experience and methodology of product services and applications with colleagues. Help improving team support capacity.
- Actively participate PPI projects to keep optimizing work quality and efficiency.
- BS degree or above in nuclear radiation, nuclear instrumentation, chemistry or relevant majors.
- Three years or above repair & operation experience of Instruments. Experience in radiation detection instruments is preferred.
- Have the ability to work independently, have effective interpersonal and communication skills. Long-term business trips are acceptable.
- Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
