  • Develop integrated logistics and documentation workflows for complex scenarios including bonded zones, transit trade, and domestic bonded warehouses.
  • Recommend optimal bonded logistics strategies (e.g., overseas bonded warehouses, domestic free-trade zones) to support tax rebates, foreign exchange compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Design efficient cargo movement paths and document flows that align with customs, VAT refund, and foreign exchange regulations while mitigating operational risks.
  • Trade Policy Research & Implementation
  • Continuously monitor updates in customs, tax, foreign trade, and foreign exchange regulations (e.g., cross-border e-commerce policies, RCEP rules, VAT rebate adjustments).
  • Identify favorable policy opportunities and propose actionable optimization plans to enhance logistics efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams to prepare accurate and compliant declaration documentation.
  • Full Project Lifecycle Support
  • Participate in feasibility assessments of logistics and bonded solutions during early project stages.
  • Develop detailed logistics implementation plans, including timelines, responsibilities, and resource requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support during execution, proactively identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures.
  • Risk Management & Cost Optimization
  • Establish a logistics risk identification mechanism to provide early warnings on policy, process, or operational vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for Procurement, Application Engineering, Project Management, and other relevant teams to strengthen logistics compliance awareness.
  • Analyze logistics cost structures and propose data-driven initiatives to reduce costs while improving service reliability.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Serve as the primary logistics interface between internal departments (Procurement, Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Management) and external partners (Customs authorities, freight forwarders, customs brokers, bonded warehouses, banks, suppliers, and customers).
  • System & Process Improvement
  • Leverage ERP systems to enhance logistics visibility and data accuracy.
  • Contribute to the standardization and digitalization of international logistics processes.
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in international logistics, bonded logistics, or customs compliance. Experience in large enterprises or third-party logistics providers is preferred.
