职位描述Responsibilities工作职责：1. Make plans, budgets and execution of the hotel advertising campaigns in liaison with the company's official advertising agency.与专业广告公司联系，制定并执行酒店的广告预算和对外广告发布。2. Develop good relations with the media (print, broadcast, etc.) and implementation of the hotel's publicity campaign.与媒体（平面、电台等）建立良好的关系，执行酒店的市场宣传活动。4. Overall supervise production of hotel printed materials to ensure compliance with Identity Guidelines.全面监督酒店所有印刷产品以确保和品牌指引的一致性。5. Ensure press releases are sent to all local & regional newspapers and magazines on all happenings/ events in the hotel.及时发布酒店活动新闻稿至各类报纸杂志。Job Specs 职位要求：Education Background: Bachelor Degree and above. Major in Marketing, Business Management or related majors.学历：本科学历以上，主修市场营销或管理相关专业。Experience:Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Marcom Manager or Director role in a similar capacity international hotel.工作经验：类似规模国际酒店5年以上市场传讯经理或总监经验Skills 相关技能：1. Extensive knowledge of Advertisement / Media Planning and printing/ production process丰富的广告媒体计划和印刷生产知识2.
