We are looking for an English Literature Teacher for a School in Suzhou. This is a full-time position starting in August 2024. The school’s curriculum is student-centered, preparing them for top universities by emphasizing critical thinking, English proficiency, and a combination of Chinese and American educational practices.Job responsibilitiesTeach the subject of English to Literature school students and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experiencePrepare lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Work together with co-teachers to develop and improve school-based curriculumAssess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improveUp to two supervision duties per week, in the evening (6:30-9:00 PM)Any other related duties assigned by the schoolThe working schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and teach up to 25 periods per week.
