- Initiate offline trade marketing strategy plan and translate into granular action plan.
- Drive retail sellout growth and market share growth: work closely with category marketing manager to drive category growth in retail which secure category sellout and market share target.
- Market analysis: close monitor the markets dynamic and capture opportunities through the analysis of market, competition and sell out.
- Shopper insight understanding shape the consumer decision journey based on deep understanding of consumer insight and shopping behavior.
- Plan development and execution: come up with and implement channelized retail activation plan including Portfolio & Merchandising, POSM, Promotion, Activation
- Evaluation and learning: campaign result tracking and evaluation which drive consistent improvement
- New product launch: work together with category MM to assure the successful new product launch in retail.
- Budget Management
- maximize the ROI within agreed budget scope
- A&P/Margin allocation and tracking
- Achieve retail operation excellence. Initiate nationwide activation by product category.
- Other cross category marketing activities support on project base
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing activities in a multi-national consumer goods company.
- Strong communication skills and presentation capabilities
- social marketing content competence.
- Ability to interface effectively with other resources
- Good English command
