Responsible for executing and delivering multiple projects on-time and on budget. Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection.As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:· Sticking to HSE & Quality Leadership commitment, engaging and driving safety values.· Owning and executing a portfolio of projects across multiple customers. Delivering projects on-time and on-budget.· Driving flawless execution through the project life-cycle (Plan, Design, Make, Prepare, Execute, Evaluate, Complete) to project deliverables across the business functions.· Managing team priorities across multiple functional areas, e.g. Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics etc.· Leading customer meetings; kick-offs, project status updates, site visits, customer project reviews and projects audits.· Managing project risk with identification and mitigation plans. Promoting a risk management mindset. Focusing on driving financial performance.· Translating customer needs/requirements into detailed project plans shared with company. Understanding and ensuring adherence to customer contracts.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have a Bachelor or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Project Management, PMP certified· Have 5-10 years' experience in Oil and Gas related industry· Have good understanding of project management / API 6A, 17D· Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner· Demonstrate good commercial awareness, excellent leadership skills and an adaptable working style· Be fluent in both English and Chinese.Work in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
