- The position requires an individual with at least 8~10 years’ experience of relevant experience in insights (either strong in-house brand / strategy / planning experience or deep involvement in F&B categories from consultant side);
- The successful candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, strong strategic planning & management skills, experience with syndicated data to land into portfolio, brand, channel, innovation strategy.
- The candidate must have experience or closely work with brand insights in the past, with full understanding of brand positioning, brand innovation and brand performance tracking.
- The candidate must familiar with current market methodology including: Nielsen RMS data, Brand Health Tracking, Copy Test, Campaign post tracking and Innovation basic test methodology.
