Purpose of the JobLead on Strategic insights, closely work with Marketing team (Brand, Connection, Innovation, Value Creation) and collaborate with commercial teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, PPM), to lead and support:- Company strategic planning circle (1YP / 3YP / 10YP)- Strategic PMO such as Category Portfolio strategy, Channel strategy, Pack & Price optimization;- Lead Insight strategic workstreams such as Category Growth Opportunity, Consumer Motivation & Demand, Occasion Mapping, Channel & Shopper understanding, Trend & Culture etc,To enable Marketing Strategy from Insight lens, with a holistic mindset on build the long term brand equity and unleash brand commercial potential, with the ultimate goal to enable ABI brands grow the beer category & lead within the category.Lead on insights data transformation by working together with cross function teams on building insights big data capability, usage of internal 1st party data, social data and other 3rd party consumer data.Account-abilities1. 80% of time spending – Strategic Insight BuildingResponsible for strategic insight works:- Lead Brand Equity & Behavior Trackers and be responsible for generating insights at monthly / quarterly / yearly base- Lead Strategic Insight Projects at project base, and be the internal ambassador of cascading & implement the learning in action plan;- Lead strategic insight inputs in Marketing & Company planning circle: 1YP/3YP/10YP at yearly base2. 20% of time spending – Insights data transformations Lead on insights data transformation by working together cross function teams to learn & build insights big data capability, usage of internal 1st party dataExperience
  • The position requires an individual with at least 8~10 years’ experience of relevant experience in insights (either strong in-house brand / strategy / planning experience or deep involvement in F&B categories from consultant side);
  • The successful candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodologies, strong strategic planning & management skills, experience with syndicated data to land into portfolio, brand, channel, innovation strategy.
  • The candidate must have experience or closely work with brand insights in the past, with full understanding of brand positioning, brand innovation and brand performance tracking.
  • The candidate must familiar with current market methodology including: Nielsen RMS data, Brand Health Tracking, Copy Test, Campaign post tracking and Innovation basic test methodology.
