- Full-time
- Test Planning & Execution: Take full ownership of NVH testing for e-axle assemblies and subsystems (e-motor, gearbox), including developing test plans, setting up test environments, and selecting sensors and data acquisition equipment.
- Bench Testing: Perform NVH performance tests on e-axles using dynamometers. Conduct analyses such as order analysis and transfer path analysis (TPA) under various speed and torque conditions.
- Vehicle Testing: Lead or participate in vehicle-level NVH testing for vehicles equipped with our e-axles, including interior noise, pass-by noise, and vibration comfort, analyzing the contribution of the e-axle to overall vehicle NVH.
- Data Analysis & Diagnosis: Utilize specialized software (e.g., HEAD acoustics, LMS Test.Lab, Siemens SCADAS) to perform in-depth analysis of test data to identify the root cause, frequency characteristics, and transfer paths of noise and vibration.
- Problem-Solving & Optimization: Collaborate closely with design and simulation teams to diagnose NVH issues based on test results, propose practical countermeasures and optimization plans, and drive issues to resolution.
- Standards & Procedures: Establish and refine NVH test processes, methods, and acceptance criteria for e-axle products.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and professional test reports to communicate findings and conclusions to management and clients effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Acoustics & Vibration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant NVH testing experience in the automotive industry. Hands-on experience with e-drive system (e-motor, e-axle, transmission) NVH testing is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with at least one mainstream NVH testing system (e.g., LMS Test.Lab, HEAD acoustics, BK Connect) and data acquisition hardware.
- Strong knowledge of core NVH analysis techniques: FFT, Order Tracking, Acoustic Camera, Transfer Path Analysis (TPA), and Modal Analysis.
- Solid theoretical foundation in vibration and acoustics, with the ability to correlate NVH phenomena with excitation sources specific to e-axles (e.g., electromagnetic forces, gear meshing, bearing dynamics).
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with a logical approach.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documents. Basic oral English communication skills are a plus.
- Direct experience in NVH development or testing for e-axles in New Energy Vehicles (NEVs).
- Familiarity with NVH simulation (e.g., modal, acoustic) and correlation with test data.
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for data processing automation.
- Experience working with international/global teams.
