Import & Export Specialist

• support BU to drive the import and export business and execute related working processes.
• Expectation on the daily import & export process handling and productivity on time delivery to import&export business.

• In charge of preparing documents for the import and export business, processing customs clearance and make sure the customs clearing docs accuracy.
• Support handling supplier payment, tracking related KPI and follow up related issues.
• Support on the forecast collection from export customers and follow up the firm orders.
• Support to follow up with the planning team about the production plan to support export demand if needed.
• Support on the customs audit and related import & export work when needed.
• Champion and embed GCS understanding, control, ownership and execution within GCR to achieve an effective audit rating

• Conduct regular monitoring of project status

• Bachelor degree, with minimum 2 years of import and export experience in in related industry
• Experience in Foods industry manufacturing is desired.
• SAP expertise required;
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, other analytics tools such as PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau desired.
• Possess high personal integrity and standards
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Customer-centric and collaborative
• Good command of oral and written English
• Be able to work under pressure
