• Check work and vacation schedules do not fall short when hotel is expecting high occupancy.

• Foster better coordination and harmonious effective communication in the housekeeping department with other department.
• 和别的部门之间保持良好的沟通和协调。
• Ensure assigned areas are clean and maintained up to hotel's standards
• 保证被分配的区域干净和达到酒店的标准。
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel for security, cleanliness and maintenance purpose. Note down observations from those areas regarding cleaning procedures, repair orders and maintenance defects. Do necessary follow up and initiate appropriate action immediately.
• 实施日常的酒店检查、清洁、安全、和维护，并且记录不足之处，填写维修单，做好跟进工作并立刻行动。
• Spot check “turn down” services of VIP guests who arrival during the day especially international guests.
• 抽查当天到的贵宾的夜床。
• Ensure that all rooms are in perfect condition at all times in terms of cleanliness, orderliness, condition and Brand Standard.
• 确保所有的客房在任何时间的清洁都有条理的进行。
• Coordinate with Front Office regarding the rooms availability and rooms which should be taken out of order for repair and maintenance, as well as general cleaning.
• 和前台协调好可售出的房间及封闭大修房及大清洁的房间。
• Monitor public areas and guestrooms floors of the hotel and ensure they are spic and sanitary condition throughout the year. Ensure the general cleaning procedures in their own respective areas by consistently checking their records monthly.
• 关注公共区域和客人房间在全年都保持在良好的状态，确保贯彻大清洁的程序，并且检查月计划。
• Support checking allocated VIP and P6 rooms and ensure that they are clean and in order. Inspection must be done after floor supervisors have inspected the rooms.
