1. Analyze demand, create orders, plan and coordinate bulk product deliveries, communicate with customers, and ensure service levels.
2. Plan and optimize delivery assignments, provide route details to transport carriers/drivers, and manage truck utilization and maintenance schedules.
3. Validate drivers' trip documentation, ensure data accuracy, and assess database quality.
4. Identify and resolve non-conformities, comply with transportation regulations, enforce safety and quality standards, collaborate with distribution center staff, and collect relevant information from drivers.
5. Implement equipment maintenance programs based on the Transport Manager's plan.
6. Manage emergency calls, respond to customer and driver requests, and address alarms from the teleflo system.
7. Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, equipment, for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs of equipment. Order supplies and equipment. Monitor field service techs, equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules.
8. Analyze and develop logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory.Differentiating Criteria

- 3-5 years of experience in the area of accounting, business analysis and operations control preferably with multinational firms.
