Key Responsibilities

Lean Production Leadership: Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes, equipment, and techniques to reduce operational costs.

Smart Manufacturing Implementation: Lead the planning and deployment of smart manufacturing technologies, including digital systems and automation solutions, to enhance factory digitization and intelligence.

Digital & Lean Integration: Implement digital systems & tools in conjunction with lean methodologies to achieve process visualization and automation.

Innovation & Competitiveness: Spearhead internal innovation projects to maintain competitive advantage.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smart manufacturing initiatives align with business objectives.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years’ experience related to lean manufacturing and familiar with lean management

Familiar with digital systems and digital tools

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
