We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Humanities Teachers for various positions across international schools in China. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with students and foster their understanding of history, culture, geography, and social studies in a global context.Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum standards for the humanities.
  • Foster critical thinking, discussion, and analysis skills in students through interactive activities.
  • Assess student learning through various methodologies and provide meaningful feedback.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in school events, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development programs.
  • Encourage students to connect their learning to real-world issues and cultural contexts.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Humanities, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification or relevant qualifications (e.g., QTS, PGCE, SACE, NESA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in the humanities or social studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster student engagement.
  • A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to explore cultural and historical themes.
