We are looking for passionate and innovative Middle School English Teachers to fill positions across various international schools in China. This role is an exciting opportunity to engage with young learners and enhance their English language skills through creative instruction and interactive learning.Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of middle school students.
  • Encourage critical thinking, active participation, and a love for reading and writing.
  • Assess student progress through various assessment methods and provide meaningful feedback.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters student collaboration and confidence.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary projects and actively contribute to the school community.
  • Stay current with educational best practices and engage in ongoing professional development.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or a relevant field.
  • Native Speakers only from the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, etc.
  • International curriculum experience is a plus: IB (MYP/DP), AP, A-Level, IGCSE, Common Core, BC Curriculum, VCE, etc.
  • Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in middle school English.
  • Strong understanding of effective teaching methodologies and student engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
