DescriptionsCompany: BizLink Special Cables (Changzhou) Co., Ltd.Location: Greater China-Jiangsu-ChangzhouResponsibilities:

Support the overall lean concept and its implementation
Identify Kaizen opportunities by VSM, 7 waste, Gemba walk, etc.
According to yearly policy deployment, lead/facilitate continuous improvement projects, training, workshops to drive culture change, including OEE, TPM, SMED, Material flow, Std. work, 6 sigma, etc.
As an internal project leader to coordinate some leadership developing projects as PC, HANCHO, SFM etc.
Manage the idea system for idea collection, evaluation, and reward
Coordinate the OKR system definition, explanation, and deviation check
Implement the KPS standard step by step in the whole plant and ensure the KPS audit from headquarter

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, majored in industry engineering or related
5 years' working experience in lean production
Experiences of applying all kinds of the lean knowledge & tools (VSM, TPM, SMED, Material flow, Standard work, Problem solving, Six sigma, etc.)
Good command of English
