As an Agile Coach, you will be a key driver of our organization's agile transformation journey, focusing on building and scaling agile capabilities across retail digital and business teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive agile management framework from scratch, tailored to retail operations, including defining processes, roles, and metrics to support consistent agile adoption.
  • Lead the transition from waterfall to agile methodologies (where applicable), identifying gaps in existing workflows, developing transition roadmaps, and supporting teams through the change to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams (product, technology, business) on agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), fostering self-organization, accountability, and effective collaboration to deliver value.
  • Partner with leaderships to build an agile culture, promoting mindsets of continuous learning, feedback, and adaptation to drive iterative improvement in project outcomes.
  • Establish mechanisms to measure agile maturity and project performance, analyzing data to identify areas for optimization and reporting insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to upskill teams on agile tools, principles, and good practices, ensuring widespread understanding and application.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to align agile initiatives with business priorities, address resistance to change, and secure buy-in for transformative practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Project Management).
  • Proven experience in building an agile management system from the ground up within a complex organization, preferably in retail or related industries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with a track record of successfully coaching teams in their application.
  • Experience in transitioning teams from waterfall to agile methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate in an international environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Coach, SAFe Agilist) are preferred.
  • Passion for driving organizational change and a deep understanding of how agile practices can enhance retail operations and customer-centricity.
