What you will doThis person will join the Security Products sales team in Hong Kong. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director of North Asia based in Hong Kong.How you will do itAs the Enterprise Sales Manager, he/she needs to have strong account management skill but more importantly is the soft skills on business development. He/she will be responsible to identify the go-to-market strategies and to lead the corresponding stakeholders to meet the business objective.Managed to meet the sales target set by the management teamImprove and increase the market shares in the corresponding marketsIdentify / develop / manage channel partners effectively including distributors, dealers, and system integratorsCreate demand through demonstration and engagement with end-users / consultants / architectsWork with marketing team in events / promotions / roadshows to build brand equityProvide market and customer feedback to product management to identify new opportunities for growthProvide excellent customer service through engagement and dedication to customer satisfactionWhat we look forRequiredBachelor’s Degree preferably in business, engineering, networking, or ITMinimum 5 years of electronics / IT sales or channel management experienceSolid sales experience in ELV, Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion Detection SystemExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent in English and Cantonese, and conversational MandarinStrong personality, self-motivated, flexible to business demands and can work under pressureAble to travel overseas and work independently#LI-AA1
