General Manager (Station in Dongguan)

• Identify key trend directions, establish promotion and distribution strategies, and execution plans to achieve KPIs and objectives
• Formulate, review and manage existing policies, guidelines and procedures to develop a high quality management team
• Prepare business plans and ensure execution on target Monitor business plans and budget; effective management of resource utilization/allocation
• Take timely and appropriate actions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Maintain cost effectiveness and identify ways for continuous improvement
• Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce
• Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations

• Degree holder in related management disciplines
• Minimum 10 years printing factory management experience with working experience in PRC, with production and technical experience will be an advantage
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Good knowledge in computer and IT system applications
• Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature and high responsibilities
• Strong strategic thinking and problem solving capability
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication skills and fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Cantonese and English
