To work with the Public Affair Manager on generating awareness of the hotel through all media outlets; including a strong focus on local and regional awareness; and assist in the development of all marketing and advertising initiatives as well as the development and execution of the annual public relations plan. Focus on the hotel website and WeChat, and the development of all hotel marketing collaterals and marketing e-tools.What you will do1. Draft and propose creative Product Promotions and Marketing Programs that will increase awareness and positive perception of the hotel, its rooms, catering, spa, culinary programs, services, and crtaftsmen. Promotions should address specific needs as outlined in the marketing plan and capitalize on unexpected opportunities as they arise2. Maximize opportunities for publicity in all media through careful research and targeted editorial pitch plan, focused on key feeder markets for both leisure and business travel segments. Maintain professional relationships with media and discover new media / KOL for trial cooperation to support achieving the goals outlined in the PR plan, including the distribution of targeted media releases, media kits, pitches, and other PR related material3. Assist in the development and execution of an annual PR plan as an integral part of hotel marketing plan, based on guidelines given in the annual plan instructions to draft and propose quarterly and monthly PR action plans, including PR calendar, segment tactics and PR activitiesWhat you bring1. A minimum of three to five years’ experience in public relations2. A university degree in journalism or communications or equivalent experience in public relations or journalism3. Strong and effective interpersonal skills.4. Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set.5. Proficiency in leveraging social media networks and related monitoring tools .What we offer:

Schedule & Hours:
  • 8 hours per shift with necessary OT according to hotel operation when needed
