Generating and analyzing supplier data to understand supplier performance, producing reports, and giving presentations to internal stakeholders.
Tracking key performance indicators related to quality, cost, lead time, and payment terms and driving supplier performance improvements.
Identifying the risks and cost drivers, recommending inputs to mitigate the risks, and helping the organization deliver competitive supplier pricing.
Assisting with the identification of new value-adding vendors and collaborating with the supply chain organization to ensure the continuity of supply.
