ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Senior Consultant | Digital Project Manager to lead and deliver transformative digital initiatives for top-tier financial institutions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in mobile app development, automation, platform enhancement, and stakeholder engagement.You will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital projects, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive digital transformation projects, including mobile app development, platform upgrades, and automation initiatives
Manage project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope, and success metrics
Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in digital delivery
Contribute to the growth of Capco's Digital Practice through thought leadership and mentoring
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role in financial services or consulting
Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle, automation tools, and platform enhancement strategies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams
Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital technologies, user experience principles, and emerging trends
Consulting experience and a client-centric mindset
