Strengthen preventive diagnostic work on critical equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.4, Responsible for guiding and training equipment operators to correctly operate equipment and independent maintenance work.5. Analyze and summarize the causes of equipment failure, collect MTBF and MTTR data, lead improvement projects, implement and implement improvement plans.6. Responsible for guiding and supervising the safety work of maintenance personnel and implementing LOTO procedures.7. Experience in 5S and TPM system operation.8. Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.1. College degree or above in mechanical, mechatronics and other related majors.2, More than 5 years of manufacturing enterprise equipment maintenance engineer or maintenance supervisor work experience.3, With hydraulic, pneumatic knowledge and troubleshooting ability.4, with a strong CNC equipment failure analysis and judgment ability, practical hands-on ability.5. Good problem analysis ability.6, Good communication skills and internal relationship handling skills, good team work ability, can work under high pressure.7. Able to use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.8. Have certain English reading and writing ability.
