Job descriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.In this role, you will:Establish efficient and effective content production mechanism that can make full use of internal and external resources (tools & data, financial institutions, external experts, financial media) to continuously produce professional, practical and compliant insight content to frontlines, customers and management team, including customer, market, industrial and product insightEstablish efficient, practical, targeted and trackable insight delivery mechanism to deliver insight to frontlines / customers, fully leveraging existing online and offline ways like social media, morning huddle, webinar, workshop, e-mail and offline events etc.Continuous track and improve the efficiency and effectiveness the mechanism above to ensure the professionalism and contribution to meet strategic & financial objectives of the business.Work closely and actively collaborate with financial planning, distribution support team, sales quality team, sales team and 2lod to identify opportunities, design, implement, and embed insightful & compliant content to financial planning sales journey to accelerate conversionWork closely and actively collaborate with investment & insurance product team and financial planning & product experts and digital operation team to accelerate cross sales of O2O (online to offline) and I & I (insurance & investment) with practical content to frontlines and touching content to customersTo support training programs of financial planning and investment to achieve the business goals via active collaboration with financial planning, investment product team, product experts, insurance training teams and other stakeholders.Timely deliver insurance & investment sales manuals to meet strategic and compliant objectives of the business.Be the central contact point to support the PLA and recharges, to review and present billing & recharges issues to business headTo timely support the implementation of internal and external auditing together with any issues raised by external regulators.To support department plans & budgets & risk mitigation and escalate in a timely manner when conflicts & risks ariseTo coordinate internal experts to support delivery of financial planning and investment product speech/webinar to both internal staff and external customers to meet strategic and financial objectives of the business.RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Experience of building up efficient, effective and compliant content production and delivery mechanism, including expert level knowledge of HSBC group insight resources, external resources and HSBC data tracking platforms; experience of customer research is plus.Strong analytical skills of process with ability to quickly interpret data & facts to arrive at meaningful conclusions and assess the business / financial prospects.Expert level knowledge of Pinnacle/WPB Financial planning sales procedure, knowledge of HSBC FIM is essential. At least 3 years financial planning experience, CFP is a mustAt least 10 years Insurance related working experience with abundant insurance product knowledge and fair investment product knowledge, LOMA FLMI and AMAC qualification is a must.Able to deliver insurance and financial planning training/ customer speech. At least 2-year training experience of frontline and customer events is a must.Recharging, risk control and auditing handling experience in multi-national organizations is a must, Good Finance background, Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant qualifications, CPA / MBA is a Plus.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and excellent communication skills.Ability to assimilate a large amount of information and make effective decisions on a wide range of issues.Resilience under pressure and be able to work efficiently in order to meet aggressive deadlines.Communication skills in English both oral & written, and be committed to producing work of the highest quality.Must be capable of providing positive leadership and solid support to team members to achieve goals.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
