As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key Responsibilities工作职责：1、 根据工艺规划编制附属装备、辅助与配套设施的规划与技术要求。2、 主导设备的安装调试，协调处理设备技术质量问题，验收合格并出具《设备终验收报告》。3、 跟踪设备质保期内的使用情况，及时记录相关问题，并反馈设备供应商及联系其整改，同时通知相关使用和责任部门。4、 定期开展设备能力调研，提出更新改造规划，并负责实施。5、 负责对管辖范围内整个工艺过程进行控制，并编制相应的管控文件，例如：《过程流程图》、PFMEA、《作业指导书》等。6、 负责工装设计、验证、分析与改善、工装制造、质量和加工流程跟踪控管；7、 负责工装管理和突发事件的应急处理事项、负责新项目产品工装开发任务。8、 根据设备的技术特性，生产方式效率，提出人员发展需要和培训计划。9、 主导解决生产过程中出现的设备、工艺和工装等问题，并持续优化改进。任职要求：1、 大学本科及以上学历、熟悉热处理、抛光、机加、研磨等任一方向工艺。2、 五年以上汽车行业工作经验3、 具备工艺设计能力，熟悉各类设计标准及生产设备性能4、 熟练使用CAD，CATIA、Solidworks、UG等软件者佳5、 通过APQP等培训并获得相关证书6、 应掌握一定英文听说读写能力，能够用英文熟练交流7、 良好的沟通与协调能力Your Qualifications
