  • 协助分析产品失效原因。
  • 利用MES（Manufacturing ExecutionSystem，制造执行系统）建立和管理工程物料，确保生产和研发过程中的物料流转及使用数据的准确记录。
  • 按照工程师要求来收集工程试验物料的数据。
  • 承担部分行政类工作，包括文档整理、会议安排、报告编写等，确保部门日常工作的高效运转。
该岗位要求您具有较强的组织能力、沟通能力和数据分析能力，能够灵活应对多任务工作，支持研发团队的顺利推进。职位要求我们正在寻找一位富有激情与创新精神的技术员加入我们的研发团队，具体要求如下： * 学历要求：大专及以上学历，材料、电子、机械、自动化、计算机等工程类相关专业优先。
  • 工作经验：1年以上相关领域工作经验，有研发或技术支持工作经验者优先。
  • 技术能力：
  • 有在封测行业工厂工作的经验，了解基本的封装工艺流程；
  • 熟悉MES系统；
  • 熟悉三点弯力学测试、翘曲度测试经验优先；
  • 有FA工作经验优先；
  • 有实验室材料管理经验优先；
  • 具有一定的项目管理能力，能独立完成技术方案设计和文档编写。
  • 工作态度：具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够承受一定的工作压力，具备解决复杂技术问题的能力。
  • 学习能力：具有较强的自学能力和动手能力，能快速掌握新技术并应用到实际工作中。
