Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.As a R&D Senior Quality Engineer for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible contributing to guarantee the overall project quality can achieve organizational requirement, project quality targets, and customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities

Being responsible for New Product Development projects’ quality guarantee, assuring new project and product flawless launch
Defining and managing APQP for New Product Development projects according to customer requirements and internal quality targets. And ensuring the quality deliverables (APQP, Quality Reports) completed on time
Participating in the design review, DFMEA review, change review, project deliverables review in the New Product Development process, tracking and improving the development process and related product work from the quality dimension
Being responsible for the introduction of customer experience in the new product development, establishment of lessons learned database. Organizing lessons learned review and collaborating with relevant departments to avoid historical problems from happening again
Being responsible for the risk identification and management of quality problems in the product development stage, participating in problem analysis, plan formulation, countermeasure effect verification, promote efficient and high-quality problem closure, cluster key problems to promote closed-loop solution.
Being responsible for promoting Quality methodology, to improve new product development quality, e.g. DFMEA, Reliability Prediction, 6 Sigma
Contributing on continuous improvement of R&D processes

Your background

BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrialization or equivalent degree
At least 5 years in R&D project quality management or process quality control experience in international industry company
Product, process or quality engineering experience & expertise required
Plenty of design and manufacturing engineering experience
Excellent knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and quality problems solving methods
6 Sigma Green Belt and ISO9001 Internal Auditor is must, 6 Sigma Black Belt is preferred
