As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Played the role of architect to build an integrated CRM platform for overseas market-sales-after-sales of mechanical engineering/automotive industry based on Azure cloud and D365 SaaS products;
2. Combined with the strategic direction of the enterprise and the business needs of overseas marketing, designed the product application architecture, technical architecture and integration architecture based on the Microsoft D365 CRM product base;
3. Lead the project implementation team and guide the project team to complete the development of customized functions based on D365 products with reference to industry related product experience, including the design and development of the overall front-end technology stack, mobile technology stack, back-end service/interface and underlying data architecture;
4. Designed data/information security architecture for personal privacy protection (GDPR, etc.) in various overseas sales regions to ensure data compliance;
5. Proficient in the integration and implementation of Microsoft D365 CRM products (including sales and customer serivce modules), able to independently complete the system integration architecture scheme design and integration implementation of peripheral systems, such as SAP, OA, Internet of vehicles, WMS, etc.
6. Solve key problems and technical problems in the construction of overseas integrated CRM platformRequired Technical and Professional Expertise1, computer related major graduate, full-time college degree or above, more than 8 years of work experience;
2, CRM system implementation related work experience at least four years or at least implementation and operation of more than one overseas D365 CRM system project;
3, more than 5 years of.net Platform development experience, proficient in C#, Winform, D365, Power Platform experience;
4, understand at least one front-end technology stack or front-end development language, such as VUE, React, Flutter, etc.
5, have strong logic ability and business thinking, communication skills;
6, have very good oral English communication skills, able to skillfully and fluently use English to communicate with project work;
7, with good team management and collaboration skills, can work closely and efficiently with the internal and external departments and customers, partners related project members;Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
