- Deal with sales orders in SAP system and follow up related customer requirement. Cooperate with other functions to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor PIR, production plan and stock for separate product to ensure order fulfillment and keep the reasonable inventory.
- Follow up the business processing including new products initiation, new BOM, new customer and new pricing etc.
- Send invoices to customers and assist finance department on timely AR check and receipt.
- Deal with customer complaints and feedback promptly. Provide other support for customers as needed.
