- Track beauty-sector trends and competitor moves daily, translating findings into data-backed recommendations.
- 3+ years hands-on TikTok e-commerce or content-commerce experience; 0-1 brand-launch exposure strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to mine data, diagnose bottlenecks and recalibrate tactics overnight.
- Deep expertise in TikTok Ads Manager and live-room traffic buying; comfortable micro-targeting audiences, bids and creatives in real time.
- Fluency in TikTok Shop P&L mechanics-sensitive to GM, ad-rate, freight and discount levers-with proven cost-optimisation wins.
- Structured thinker with fluent English and Chinese (spoken & written) and the finesse to negotiate across time zones.
