- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies and goals for the local market
- Establish and manage sales channels to expand the market share of products in key industries. The main industries include energy, petrochemicals, fine chemicals, life sciences, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, and other industrial sectors
- Independently complete client communication, technical exchange, and business negotiations for large-scale projects. Cultivate, establish, and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide market and competitive information to the company, generate project lists and forecasts
- Familiar with energy, petrochemical, fine chemical, life sciences, metallurgy, non-ferrous and other process industries, with more than 5 years of DCS sales experience
- Familiar with DCS products and understand the technical characteristics and competitive situation of competitors in the industry
- sales experience in large-scale projects is preferred
- Sales team management experience is preferred
- Good language expression and strong communication skills, meticulous and proactive in work, full of enthusiasm for sales work;
- Good work pressure resistance, able to travel, with strong team spirit and cooperation spirit
