- Achieve and exceed sales target including BCV & CVCS business
- Scan the major on-goings and trends of market, anticipate business opportunity and/or challenges for ZF
- Engage with key decision makers of leading distributors, fleets and workshops to understand their needs related to ZF technical solutions
- Bring in distributors/ fleets/ workshop needs to related ZF teams, mainly sales, service, Cat.Man, drive cross team work to transform fleets, workshops needs into technical solutions and specific retrofit opportunities, support distributors to win the opportunity
- Drive creative new ideas, organic & non-organic, including but not limited to product, service, business models
- Contribute to form and update end-user pull strategy and specific CV AM strategy
- Support marketing activities
- Colleague degree or above, commercial or technical academic background
- Solid experience of new business development, from ideas to result
- Experience in vehicle aftermarket business is preferred
- Strategic thinking, capable to drive changes systematically
- Result oriented
- Skills to influence senior stakeholders, internally & externally with Fleets, sophisticated to deal with ambiguity
- Skills to mobilize internal cross team resources
- Self-motivated, open minded, change resilient
- Good English skills.
