The responsibilities include managing and developing strategic partnerships with airline operators, negotiating agreements, monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and implementing successful partnership strategies.Requirements
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills
  • Experience in logistics, airline partnerships, and network development
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the logistics or aviation industry is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field
