- Accounting and Tax Management: Responsible for day-to-day accounting and month-end- closing for both domestic and overseas entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processing. Prepare periodic financial and consolidated statements, coordinate with internal departments, external parties, and government agencies for data reporting. Oversee tax and regulatory compliance matters, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with local regulations.
- Financial Analysis and Improvement: Conduct routine financial analysis, monitor and analyse account fluctuations and balances, and develop optimization solutions through benchmarking against internal and external industry practices. Drive implementation of improvement initiatives to support business needs.
- Audit Support: Coordinate audit matters for responsible entities, including preparation of documentation through to issuance of audit reports, and ensure timely implementation of remediation actions.
- Process and IT System Optimization: Consolidate and standardize daily work processes into various manuals, workflows, rules, and SOP documentation. Promote IT-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of accounting operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field, and familiar with both Chinese accounting principles and IFRS.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting-related experience with full-cycle corporate accounting experience is preferred.
- A CPA or CA qualification or equivalent, or the ability to work towards certification, is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Previous experience with a mid-tier or larger firm or MNC is preferred.
