- Lead the East Sales team to deliver the commercial ambition through: Maintain strong relationship with customers, distributors and VIP consumers; Identify business development opportunity and expand the coverage of Diageo product in East all channels.
- Have leadership responsibilities to build a strong Sales team in Eastern China through: Build and coach the team to make sure you have ONE team to deliver business plan; Coach, engage and develop team; Build strong discipline in the team to make sure team members achieve commercial standard
- Proving commercial track record in broad consumer good industry, cross function experiences are appreciated.
- Seasoned business acumen, influencing skill and resilience to be the role model to the team.
