This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.Job Family Description - Retail Selling:
Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends.Speciality Description - Client Advisor:
Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.Job DescriptionYour main missions would be the following:
- To reach the monthly and yearly sales turnover through daily walk-in & our customer database, ensure proper customer follow up actions
- Ensure professional knowledge of our brand, products and marketing activities
- Daily Operations (Opening/Closing/Reporting)
- To provide high standard of customer service/hospitality to all customers
- KPI development (Sales Conversion/ Traffic/Customer Retention) *with SM
- CRM development (Strategy & Practice) *with SM
- To participate in merchandising feedback at boutique to increase the brand exposure & customer attraction
- Market intelligence (Regular Competitors Updates)
- College graduate or above (prefer)
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin (ENG a plus)
- Minimum of 3-year experience in High-End Retail (Luxury fashion/ W&J) *Experience varies for seniority title application
- Microsoft Office, Excel, Email
