- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- 7 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- Experience working on bidding and mediation platforms, and in third-party networks and platform engaged landscape.
- Experience with user acquisition and ads business generation side of In App Ads (IAA) business model, with an understanding of how a partner's user acquisition and ads business generation strategy work in BI system to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Experience in AdTech sellside industry and Internet technologies.
- Familiarity with Greater China and APAC industry leading export partners in Apps, Gaming, Drama Short, etc.
- Lead the team to support Greater China sellside business and deliver technical solutions and support across the Greater China sellside industry.
- Drive the strategic outlook of the organization, establishing close relationships with executive leaders in Global Partnerships, Product Management, and Engineering teams, to ensure strategic alignment on opportunities and customer priorities making professional services a differentiator while driving efficiency.
- Manage and direct executive level conversations with stakeholders and customers to translate business objectives into technical projects.
- Define priorities and resourcing plans and manage the gTech sellside Greater China team.
