- Gain expertise in performing Drive Electrical and Mechanical Failure Analysis (FA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures.
- Design and implement engineering solutions using established techniques, practices, and procedures.
- Develop HDD Failure Analysis platforms and data analysis tools using C/Python.
- Engage in web project development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Partner with the Global IT team to continuously improve the FA platform.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently. Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Proficiency in C or Python programming.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, design, and debugging skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Data analysis and processing expertise.
- Fluent English communication skills.
