The After-Sales Service Director will lead the global after-sales service strategy for Solta Medical's aesthetic devices, ensuring exceptional post-purchase customer experiences. This role oversees technical support, warranty management, field service operations, and customer education programsDevelop and execute global after-sales service strategy aligned with corporate objectivesLead cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Field Service, Training) to deliver industry service levelsEstablish KPIs and metrics to measure service performance and customer satisfactionManage warranty programs and service contract offeringsOversee spare parts inventory management and logisticsCollaborate with R&D and Quality teams on product improvement initiativesDevelop service training programs for customers and internal teamsManage service P&L and optimize cost structureEnsure compliance with medical device regulations (FDA, CE, etc.)Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and customer feedbackclinically validated devices and comprehensive global service networkscontinuous R&D innovation and physician-partnered treatment protocol developmentBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years in after-sales service leadership within medical devices/capital equipmentStrong knowledge of aesthetic device technology and service requirementsProven track record in global service operations managementExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsFluency in English (additional languages preferred)Willingness to travel internationally (30%)its clinically proven aesthetic technologies, global service excellence, and continuous innovation in non-invasive treatment solutionsCompetitive package including base salary, bonus, and benefits
