- Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to effectively manage the employee life cycle process and a team of 3 subordinates.
- Collaborate with HRBP and CoE Team to ensure alignment and consistency in the execution of employee life cycle processes.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding and are integrated smoothly into the organization.
- Oversee the job change process, including the changes of compensation, band, title, legal entity, location, etc., and contract renewal.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, including all the activities in the processes of voluntary/ involuntary termination and retirement.
- Manage vendors to handle E-Filing, employee permits, Hukou application, contingent worker payments, etc.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends related to the employee life cycle, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executing and managing the employee life cycle, including onboarding, job change and offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
