  • VAVENPI project mold to complete the sampling work and make FSR samples
  • Analyze abnormal molds in the process of mold sampling, summarize improvement plans, and make suggestions
  • Improvement of abnormal quality process and mold, optimization of common defects of products (short shot, bubbles, burns, weld marks, burrs, size)
  • Be able to provide repair solutions for abnormal problems according to the on-site production status, and assist in mold maintenance
  • 53P standard molding parameter table production
  • Assist the team with difficult problems to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems
  • Experiment, promotion and application of new injection molding technology
Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience as an injection molding process engineer;
  • Master the production and process of injection molding products, and master the injection molding process of connectors;
  • Proficient in the material characteristics and processing parameters of plastics;
  • Master the principle, structure, function and maintenance of injection molds, and have the ability to assemble and repair conventional molds;
  • Familiar with the overall development process and acceptance process of injection mold trial production; Summarize according to the mold test problems and maintenance plans;
  • Able to operate Sumitomo, Fanuc injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;
  • Master the ability to find the best process through the waveform analysis of the injection molding machine, and set the process parameters of the best molding cycle and the best product rate;
